On March 22, 2018, the Cleveland Chapter of HPIB heard some great stories and perspective from Bill Zito, General Manager and Jock Callander, Director of Community and Hockey Operations of the Cleveland Monsters.  This interactive discussion was moderated by David Aitken, Sr. Manager of New Business Development for the Monsters.  Bill and Jock discussed the life of a professional hockey player, the day to day operations of running the business of hockey and host of other great topics.  HPIB attendees were provided with a behind the scenes tour of the facilities at Quicken Loans Arena, including details on the building renovation project.  After some great networking, attendees watched the Monsters take on the Chicago Wolves.
