Cost:

$100 per player (Includes: 4 games, jersey and HPIB event with entertainment, networking, food and drink on Saturday, May 5, 2018)

$25 for Non-player event attendees. Attend the Saturday, May 5, 2018 networking event, cost includes food, drink, networking and entertainment.  Open to members and guests.

Teams:

• 4 teams (Final rosters will be assembled evenly based on skill level)
• 15 skaters and 1 goalie per team
• Registration, first come – first serve

Format:

• 3 minute warm-up
• 14 minute periods, stop time
• 4 game guarantee
• Round robin, Finals and Consolation

Scoring:

3 levels of player skill level
(A – College or >, B – High school, C – < High school)

Player skills level
A = 1 pt. per goal, B = 3 pt. per goal, C = 5 pt. per goal

HPIB Rooms Available: 30 rooms reserved for May 5-6, 2018 at this Special Rate.
Please Note: Our room block is held until April 19th, 2018. After this cutoff date the rooms that are not reserved are released from our block and the discounted rate is no longer available.

Reservations: Are to be made individually by each guest. Guests should call the front desk at (440) 461-9200 and identify themselves as part of your group by using the group code HPI. All sleeping rooms must be reserved with a credit card; this does guarantee the room for late arrival. Check in time is 3:00pm and our check out time is 12:00noon. Debit Cards are not accepted. Your guests must cancel by 6:00pm on the day of arrival or their credit card will be charged for one night’s stay.

Hotel Rates: The above rates are per room, per night and are subject to a state and local tax of 16.5%. Your discounted rate does not make any guests eligible for the Kids Eat Free program or IHG rewards programs.

Co-Event sponsor Bardownski Hockey will be providing all members of the winning team with a free Bardownski stick. These custom sticks are valued at $125-$150 a piece! Additionally, each participant in the tournament will be receiving a discount code to order sticks either individually or for their teams. Special thanks for their generosity to our members!
