Individually Plated Entrees
1st course- kale salad with strawberries, strawberry ipa dressing and primus nuts. People who have nut allergies will not have nuts, but will have candied pepitas
2nd course- house-made hummus and curried cauliflower with mirco green tartine
3rd course – choice of brewmaster braised pork tenderloin or cauliflower steak with polenta, glazed carrots with tarragon and chive , sorghum vinaigrette
4th course- lemon cheesecake mousse with raspberry sorbet and candied lemon peel
