I know we are all familiar with craft brewing, but craft distilleries are taking off, too.  We will get a behind the scenes look at one of Minnesota’s top craft distilleries – Du Nord Craft Spirits  (Note:  Du Nord is owned by a fellow hockey player and teammate of mine, Chris Montana…I’m still working to recruit him to join HPIB!)

There are two options:

1. The FULL experience – a tour, tasting, and gin making class!  This will start with a private course about gin – how gin is made, the ingredients, and how to make your own gin.  Each person will craft their own gin and take home a 375ml bottle.  The class will be followed by the tour and tasting.  This option costs $40 for the gin making class (retail value of the class is $100).

2. The Tour and Tasting – just come for the tour and tasting.  You’ll join the gin making class for a private tour of the distillery and a chance to sample the Du Nord products.  This option is available at no cost.

Both events will conclude with drinks in the cocktail room (cash bar).
