Established in 2009, Hockey Beats Down hosts the annual Hockey Beats Down Cancer tournament benefiting the OhioHealth Cancer Care Fund. The tournament takes place from Thursday to Sunday August 22-25th at the OhioHealth Chiller North. Cost to enter is $150 per player with no team minimum. All proceeds go toward cancer research.

This is a charity tournament for the sole purpose of raising funds to help end cancer. It is meant to bring people together in our hockey community to be united in a common goal. It is for remembering those that we have lost, those that have survived and trying to prevent anyone else from having to deal with this terrible disease. Be competitive but do so in the spirit of knowing that this is bigger than just yourself and any behavior on or off the ice that does not align, will not be tolerated. Please conduct yourself in a manner that brings our hockey community closer together, and honors those who have lost their battle with cancer or who are in the midst of it now.

No refunds if you are suspended from the tournament.
